“The design has time context . So by imposing certain conditions by bring additional frameworks to design does not work. The design is an artifact , the poster is an artifact which operates out of time and without a longitude and latitude. So it very often lead to a situation that we designers refuse job assignments because we feel that we are not given the proper design freedom expression” said Laze Tripkov of Association ” Plakart, organisers of Skopje Poster Festival/ International Student Poster Competition.
